Read that also. Having toured Delta, they produce circuit boards. They have no part in assembly of units like the Hy Road 550. TMS, having toured the facility, produces the body of the unit. TMS is a massive (and I mean massive) machining shop, and would have interest in assembling the units. All the parts and pieces have to be assembled by someone somewhere and that is why HTI leased the Springdale facility.
