I wish I knew what they were doing. There not holding another CC; that's for sure.  Why would they want to be embarassed again. "80-100 BPD by end of March" but we will know three weeks from now i.e. middle of June, 2013.  Remember "1000 BPD by June 2012" yet formally there is 0 BPD on any report to date and June 1st 2013 is two weeks away. 

Now why would there be upset folks out there willing to play games?  I always like to look at both sides of the story!
