EAWC Technologies founded in 2000 as an OTC.BB, the shall was acquired by Inko Sport America LLC and renamed as EAWC in 2008. The shall was never traded and kept it inactive, until the launching of the EAWC Technologies operation late 2012. Today the Corp is under the ticker symbol EAWD listed, has not debt and limited floaoting shares,
with 55 million outstanding shares. Since it is limited traded, until its S1 would be
filled by end of May 2013.

As company we have NO debt !!

Based upon the closing of projects, from the various LOI’s & MOU from countries
such as; Angola, India,Cameroon, Kenya,Chile, Mexico, USA, and the Caribbean
Islands.The expected revenue for the biennium 2012-2014 is estimated to exceed 200 million US $.
