Here's a "what if" question for ya all.. What happens if CWRN iron ore ships can generate more viable income for the port of Ensenada, than the container ships do.. Who would have priority at the loading berth crane area, at that point? (snicker..) Not trying to stir the pot, but the real world "IS" all about money/profit.. I'll bet Ensenada port authority hierarchy is no different than the rest of the world when it comes to making a buck..  If my theory is correct, Shirley might as well hire more semi trucks and take over the neighborhood!!
