Basically we gave Punch back to Collins.  Steve kept the shares he paid for Punch and retired them (great for shareholders!).  We are starting a new network called Vu Television for a cost for about 5% of what we would have paid for Punch TV.  We have the contacts, the talent and the shows - so we should hit the ground somewhat running.  The CC deal is still in place.
