Himr has been as honest as anyone could ask of a company so I have to give the benefit of the doubt. As long as himr doesn't raise the os, I'm good with whatever they have going on. Maybe it's partners loading, I mean like I said before someone is obviously keeping us in this range for something, why not to let a partner or partners load here.
