I would not expect to see any monetary payouts. If them fools have to stoop this low in an attempt to get cash, they obviously have zero now. And on the other hand if they are doing this just to put Treaty out of business that would be a different story. Definitely these characters are being influenced and coached by outside individuals.

This is just my opinion but communicating with D McCourtney and receiving PM's from Mac & Chez daily, they need outside help as  they are not smart enough to carry something like this out. Anyone who would buy a penny stock and sell because it went sub penny and now wants other shareholders to reimburse him is short a few cards of a full deck
