Just playing devils advocate here.  Based on what I've read this morning,  with only a filing and no service;  this was done just so they had legal looking paper to throw in the face of the GOB and possibly a few other TECO partners, customers, etc.  Then they posted that website publically on the boards to show some legal looking BK filing.  The case might not go anywhere and it might never be served.  If no damage results  then IMO the defendents can simply say we changed our minds about our BK claims and pull the filing.  If they were smart then there is no electronic or snail mail trail of evidence showing how it ended up in the hands of someone in Belize.  IMO if damages do result then a lawsuit against the claimants is in order.  If the PPS stays the same and TECO is allowed to resume Belize drilling without delay and all is disimissed then where are the damages?  IMO it turns out to be a short term aggrevation to TECO and shareholders and in the end a glorified prank initiated by these bitter ex-employees and/or shareholders.  I'm going to write a book and sell it to Hollywood.   You can't make this stuff up!  Right "Punky Junky"!
