It IS nice, and I'm hoping this group escapes that whole armload of BS.

I agree that some type of A/S increase may very well be likely, and quite possible needed, however I'm still hoping that we will obtain the necessary funding prior to that eventuality.

Funding would negate the need for dilutive measures.
