3. These above financing opportunities with the good conditions have now
only after the Merger Completion and TRTC Certified As Good Company
been possible.
Resulting it is to expect, that the initial financing of $ 825‘000 to kick-start the
Merger Completion with Aegis Capital Corp. as at SEC 8-K of March 26, 2013,
with its much worse conditions, very soon by TRTC get repaid and canceled !
The Company now at 1st is doing what‘s good for the Company, for
at 2nd by the good Company‘s Result the Investors also get happy !
4. Here is to mention again, the by TRTC purchased NB Plants Edible Garden
Company, before the Merger already did have annual Revenues of $ 6 Mn,
but now with the additional 5 acres for the Hydroponic Production as at
present in construction and gradually been taken for the Plants Production,
it also gradually during and to end of 2013 by additionally $ 10 Mn to
end of the year becomes the Company of up-to $ 16 Mn Revenue !!

Additionally as known and seen at Facebook, there is now ongoing the
construction of the Hydroponic- Buildings in Florida ( Revenue Estimate
from there not yet mentioned, but if there is also 5 acres which seems
to become at each locals TRTC‘s Productions- Standard, it would be
also plus $ 10 Mn Revenue ) and soon they start also in California,
Pennsylvania and Indiana with others also very aggressively to follow
until the complete USA !!
Means to end of 2013, TRTC Bio·Vegetable Productions Revenues of
about up-to $ 26 Mn and during 2014 by the other 3 Places following
the Revenues by about plus $ 30 Mn to about total up-to $ 56 Mn !!
To this 2013 plus about $ 6 Mn for Hydroponic- Equipments and
2014 about $ 8 Mn for Hydroponic Equipments and $ 4 Mn for
the Green Tech Energy Management matters !
From Revenues about 50 - 70 % can be estimated as Net- Income.
The Marijuana Matter :
As long the new US Fed. MJ Laws as very restrictive as to expect are
not as finalized published; the matter at the moment not calculated !!
With the present financing conditions, TRTC has enough for the next
24 months until NASDQ and to complete all ongoing or new Projects !!
5. Without increasing the Outstanding Common Stocks, the above
for sure would not been possible to be achieved and therefore
resulting its generally seen as a minor important matter !
6. As everybody knows at TRTC is a PR problem, because they do
not spend money for expensive PR- Companies as all Shell- Penny
Stocks Companies do and then is now simply too much also parallel
ongoing, that the Investors get only informed by Parts. This is creating
confusions where specially only Shorts or DIS - Down Idiot Syndrome
Peoples take advantage from for unnecessary scaring Investors !
Hopefully they soon take some PR Managing Company as F&S .
7. If somebody like to get into a TRTC Investment or like to averaging
down by buying more TRTC Stocks, then should do this quickly at the
now repeating reconfirmed average Bottom- Stock- Price of $ 0,16 !
At well recommended Analysis Companies TRTC is confirmed BULLISH !
Under the present conditions, within next week $ 0,20 it could become
and from there just going further up !!
If we see of what did happen according the SEC S-1 Dilution Topics
of Thursday it went shortly down to $ 0,14 , but already at Friday
back again to about $ 0,16 this is also reconfirming the above !
This without the second Magma Financing Line of also $ 5 Mn.
