There are many other CEO's doing the same thing right now, mainly big boards like NFLX, AAPL, FB and the like. I think it really allows officers a wonderful opportunity to engage shareholders, and also improves transparency ten fold.

I have a fiduciary duty to all OODH shareholders to ensure information is available and fairly diseminated across the ranks.So long as we don't private message key information it's really not much different than previous information disemination, shareholder access to information is paramount. Speaking of which, we are moving forward on the final phase of our mission of going public, and that is releasing financials and preparing a regimen of quarterly statements as well. Stop sign will come off as soon as our new IR team tells us they are ready for it to come off. (All on corp website).

We are having fun building the company and the interim goals are now well within sight, which makes our long-term goals much more fesible. We fully intend to reward those who stick around for the whole fireworks show.
