OK... that makes sense, specially given the high cost of litigation nowadays.  Can you talk a little about the level of investment you made into Punch (after the initial purchase) in order to build the Punch business while you owned it?  Things like costs to increase affiliate numbers, any equipment investments that he may be keeping, etc?  I guess what I'm asking is... is Collins in a better financial situation because of his brief affiliation with you.
