In all fairness I think the statement about being kicked out of the company (Shelby's words, not mine) went more to the Punch side of the equation.  Yes, all should know that you owned the umbrella company that owned the PunchTV company, so there is no way anyone could throw you out of the IC Punch Media company.  I think the comment went more to the PunchTV side of the company.  It does seem a true statement that you are no longer affiliated with the PunchTV business which is still an ongoing enterprise I think.  Therefore one could argue that your departure (or disassociation with PunchTV and Collins) was something less than voluntary, given the information you had posted previously regarding never losing those assets.

Again... I don't have answers, just questions, and chose not to speculate on information I do not have.  I would welcome some more discussion on the "why" you decided to, in essence, give in to the Collins demands, in light of your previous numerous statements to do otherwise.
