They are not buying back shares at the current PPS.
Because I asked:
Was the 42 million shares that were bought back from Galaxy World Wide in exchange for the $10,000?
And she answered:
The Galaxy Buyback was for more than $10,000, but far less than the $420,000 of value they would represent if they were converted and put into the open market.
But if I may guess, I think they are tightening up the share structure before they make it big.
