How does TECO know they will be producing enough oil and/or gas in sufficient quantities such that proceeds from the sale of production exceeds directly related costs  (Now picture Sam Kinison below on the following capitals)  "WITHOUT THE THREE FOCKING WEEKS OF FLOW RATE TESTING"?  AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!  I'm just polking fun at TECO's ongoing logic because I continue to find their PR's humorous and full of if's, and's & but's.
