Am the only one who noticed that they said full COMMERCIAL production for MItchell #3 ?  I am not an oil businessman but what qualifies as commercial production ?  I could have sworn it was anything over 200 bpd.   Maybe its just the amount in the field !! ??? IDK ... Thoughts ?
