I see where you are coming from - i have a different definition for pump and dump that involves the word scam. Momentum swaying back and forth is completely normal and is perhaps more exaggerated for small cap biotechs than what makes most investors comfortable. Games might be played, but for most of us here swings of 10, 20, 30 + cents are considered par for the course, doesn't bother me one bit.
