The best answer imo is that someone wants more ones and is loading the ask, maybe even a group setting themselves up to load at one. By doing this they keep the price channel here and have a better chance at getting ones. Safe range here wether your buying ones or twos. It's up to himr now to announce some definitive and completed agendas to get these traders to release the channel to higher ground. My opinion.
