I can't , obviously,put words and excuses in Leo's mouth.I can however imagine that with all that has likely gone on over the last few months,Leo is compiling it and "clearing" it through DF which could explain the time involved.Dr.Menon was out for a few days (week?) also having had a medical proceedure which slowed things a bit.He is now back up and running though.

Even though Leo is known for PR-ing any day of the week,he may be considering the most strategic time on this one with the "IDEAS" presentation Wednesday and ASCO right around the corner.Would Monday be best?How about Tuesday,the day before the presentation or even Wed.the day of the presentation?Does he want to give a head's up to Pat Cox for a follow up Tuesday on a Monday PR? Or is he going to sandbag it for another week and let the tensions and anticipation boil over like it started to on Friday?

I have jokingly called him the "Alfred Hitchcock" of the PR media and for good reason.He didn't mind the comparison either.
