You have the 10-k, you have JC's "terms of employment", you have a president and a ceo airing out a very public disagreement on a message board and contradicting both the 10k and jc's "terms of employment", you have one of both parties speaking of sec investigations which creates a situation so no one else, board members etc would feel inclined to do so,you have at least one of the too saying that at some point his account was hacked creating plausible deniability, you have a share price has dropped as the result of all of this, you have public records demonstrating histories of what types of things jc and ss are at very least capable of in "business" dealings.  Someone is going to benefit from all of this. If you cannot connect the dots perhaps you deserve to be sheep....This has been and will be my last post...
