Bull, what's your guess on the timeline to a confid.ent production rate for no. 3 and then no. 4? A week or two? If you say "soon" I'll need to rant. LOL!  

Seems TNC did a fast job on these wells with some very experienced team members.  Why not use them again and regardless of their punctuality?  Can't TECO write up a contract that penalizes them for arriving late or provide incentive for being on time if needed.  Or do you have other local drillers that can perform as well and be on time for forthcoming projects?
