Himr is well on its way and i still believe that himr is ahead of schedule compared to their announcements. Concessions to be locked in within week or two imo with value of timber to be announced. The only issue I have with himr at this time which could be put to rest in this filing, is that I was hoping to see the float reduced around this time. Of course the concessions value will give us a benchmark for the future revs himr should generate and could possibly be multiplied per consession. Looking forward to himr putting flippers behind us.
