Has anyone thought about what is actually going on, lawsuit wise? I mean changing the PNCH fan page to this other name and the site looks to be another start up company...Are we expanding? Did we lose in this whole JC take over thing? Are we giving back the assets in which we purchased? Is this an addition or a start over?
The reason I am bringing up these questions is because it doesn't make sense to me, the more I think about it, to change the name of the PNCH fan page to this new start up...Which is just that a new start up...Are we starting over? I am not trying to perpetuate more lies and conspiracies but am only saying what this looks like to me, without answers or explanations from the company.
As of right now I can only think we still own all the PNCH assets and any revenue they bring in we continue to keep. That being said though this find on the new website and showing user content kind of scares me and looks like a new start. I thought we were on the right path and just looking to get rid of JC and retire his shares because he breached his contract with this take over thing and false news on our assets site punchtv.
Some serious questions need to be answered. We can not dig up information like this and not ask the hard questions. As LONG shareholders we deserve answers that can be given. Looking at all this found today doesn't exactly lead me to think we are winning in the fight against JC...Are we giving back the Punch assets and in return all the shares and debt we acquired with the purchase wiped clean? Or is everything continuing to roll and revenue is continuing to come in?
Sorry but somethings need to be asked and somethings should and can be answered.
We have been waiting for an update, which we thought would come last week, but like most cases over the last year we are still waiting. I almost wish timelines wouldn't be given around here.

Steve if you do answer some of these, I am not bashing nor have I every bashed. I have been here well over a year almost 2 in fact and I have been a loyal shareholder. So I don't want the first sentence I read from you, if you answer, to be some obnoxious answer about how I am spreading lies now and my post history tells you what I am. This is a respectful post, so I expect to be respected. I have always been respectful to you. Here is hoping you can/will answer some of these questions.
