I tried contacting Jim this AM and his voice box is full. I know yesterday both he and Frank were just bombarded with emails and Phone calls. So I guess it's no surprise today would be the same issue. It would make it very difficult to get anything accomplished by manning the phones all day.

On a good note, the 0.001s are being eaten up.
