Thanks!  I just hope it was someone in the GOB with strong influence allowing Max M. through counsel the continued Belize operations.  We don't want to violate laws and then the GOB fold under public pressure or whatever and then find violations to keep TECO out indefinitely.  Sounds to me that TECO is relying on their law firm for permission to go back to operating.  Is that enough when dealing with all these 3rd world radicals?
