Do you really expect an answer to the "safe" investment question? What Penny CEO, or any CEO for that matter, comes out and says their company is a safe buy? That's opening up a can of legal worms don't you think? It states right in the 10 K that you need to understand you could lose all of your investment. Come on man. If Steve came out and said this was a "safe" buy I'd sell immediately.
