JC was to control the Punch TV website and keep things rolling, which is why we are locked out of the punch tv website. We do in fact though, I believe, own the website as that was purchased with the assets. So in essence he was hired on by us to run the Punch TV side of things, soon to be changed though, IMO.

Should be business as usual with us picking up a couple of the true employees running things.
