We did purchase Punch TV we did not however purchase the holding company in which PUNCH TV was being ran through. We own Punch TV and all its assets, we do not however own JC's company. That is why we own the rights to Punch and everything related. We just didn't buy the holding company that apparently had massive debt, we only bought the brand and all assets associated. That was clearly in the all the PR's in the past. I remember when all this came up the first time around because I was asking why we were only buying the assets and the answers I kept getting were because we did not want to buy the debt and company holding Punchy TV. So in theory we made the right transaction. We did indeed buy, Punch TV and all it's assets.
