I'm unsure, but it seems to me as though the IND # "to be" with bmsn is the number they have stated... They need to amend all of this information-- It may be after I have now read up on the IND process and everything therein that they are simply making all the information correct and current?

Any finally: I Spent the time checking out wtf is going on with share price- Where we should be at, etc, etc.
Right now: 1c. That is where we should be. We should not be moving beyond .008 or .012, but we are. That's too bad. Hold your money for now.
My calculation based off of every single other company who has been granted FDA approval (scaling down due to share structure etc)----- Once we hit phase 1 or 2 we will be at 11.7 cents (or .117). I think thats somewhere at the end of 1 and beginning of 2. Upon completion I'm thinking .25~~....)
And with the gene silencing tech, who knows.
Nonetheless- This isnt short.
Small rewards on the short front- However; I might start shorting 50% of the pile, hell, who knows when news strikes.

Is BMSN fully 100% legitimate: No idea
Does HemaXellerate even exist?: No idea
Is there proof that BMSN and the FDA are in contact and know of eachothers existence?: YES.
But I will know on Monday or Tuesday and we can save ourselves some face or laugh at my absurd paranoia.
I was trying to find out if BMSN was a scam or not, but i'm not finding any GRIEVOUS errors here... most other BMSN-LIKE companies who started out similarily in the past have equal disclosure, in fact one- pluristem theraputics inc, had their CEO go to jail for share manipulation lol- thats what might happen to Koos soon....
Not that i've been shooting out emails and whatnot im a little concerned- no way in hell im selling though.
I have been forwarded to another agency within the FDA for my questions regarding BMSN and HemaXellerate------ WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS.
