Well we did buy the assets and then hired people on so in theory.....It didn't really matter who JC paid or didn't pay as it has nothing to do with PNCH? If I am understanding everything clearly. On a second note the K answered your question on if JC was paid, Not after the purchasing of assets. Which is why is he jumping around screaming because he wants his "bonuses". I guess it makes sense now why JC is throwing a fit. He thought he could scheme his way into paying these people after bringing in revenue and taking over PNCH. Might have worked if the poor guy knew anything about public companies or contracts.
