My guess is a combination of short covering (IDEAS Conference and ASCO abstracts published next week-- and a PR expected beforehand)... and possible early institutional buying (given the large blocks traded).

I would love to hold TP entirely responsible for today's SP, and gladly will-- but just for a portion of it.
