Bull,  longs have needed a break for a very long time and this just might be it.  Is TECO on the brink of CFP?  Time will tell but the analysis is pointing that way.  Imagine how many wells can be drilled with 150-200 BPD worth of revenue coming in monthly?  Wow!  What a start! On the other hand let's not get over-exuberant until the final numbers are in.
