Bottom line JC had people that worked for him for years befoe we knew him that we feel now where not paid by JC for that work. Ron sent me the name of one and I have been speaking to this young man and getting his story. There was hints of past issues with the way JC ran his company so we did not buy it. We bought to assets which would alow us to have a broadcast TV network.
