JC was operating under a different company? Doing what? All of the business should have been going through IC Punch Media, Inc.

okay you're giving us an explanation so obviously you believe there is a distinction between buying the business and buying the assets. I wouldn't think there was unless you changed the name. None the less, I hope that detail makes our current transition that much easier.
