First Financial release since coming out of R&D....
37% ABOVE PROJECTED REVENUE
REDUCED SHARE STRUCTURE 43MM - UNANNOUNCED
(The last time the OS was reduced UN-ANNOUNCED, NTEK finished by BUYING BACK 190MM more shares)
