Preferable Stocks from before, but in the calculation

converted to Common Stocks. To me it would be a

total surprise if they made a 100% Dilution by just

doubling the Common Stock number as seen at SEC

S-1 Filing and that made by someone like Peterson.

It could be that there is a mistake which later gets

amended and the SEC is not checking the content,

they check only if the right Form at the right Date

and from the right Persons is signed.
