Europe stocks wobble ahead of Bernanke testimony
Alcatel-Lucent shares tumble after profit warning
LONDON (MarketWatch) — European stock markets struggled for direction on Tuesday, as investors awaited much-anticipated testimony from U.S. Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke later in the day to possibly reveal hints of further economic stimulus.
