PF was unequivocally under contract with CC to provide audited financials via DYNS's CPA firm within a specific time period, as mutually agreed to in said agreement. The question why that either did not happen at all or not happen within the time limits of the agreement warrants formal explaination by CYBK management to all CYBK shareholders. Unjust harm has been inflicted to those who have purchased stock in this security as a result. This matter has full potential to be made known to CYBK management thru proper legal channels in the near future if not rectified immediately.
