OK that is one big question off the table.  My only issue with this doc is this line on the first page.  Most likely just a typo, of some sort.

"1.  USFI agree that it shall not negotiate with any parties other that TECO and/or affiliates thereof with respect to the lands covered under the proposed Exploration Agreement for a period of thirty(180) days from and after the execution of this Binding Letter of Intent."

Just a bit confusing.
