Was Treaty convicted on any fraud counts or even charged?

Now you go with a petition to force BK on a company that you "claim" owes you money. No attorney is right mind would ever show up in front of a Federal Judge with that BS....

All I can say, is, Tell it to the Judge.

The only problem is the Judge might just slam the attorney and not let us at the petitioners. We need the Bad faith ruling.....
