I will agree the timing of this filing is calculated, which would make me surmise (speculate)  that somebody wishes to crash the stock to adjust their short position, and I would bet $5.00 that TECO opens lower in the morning (so somebody can adjust their short position)  because our swab job won't be completed yet. Ergo, if that is the motive then this litigation is short lived, but we have a lot of plaintiffs .. ???? ... and every coin has two sides ... and I don't have the crystal balls that you guys apparently possess ... so I will reserve judgement until I see, read, and analyze the complaint.

Reid knows how to get ahold of me if he wants my opinions. And, because  I do have a grip on these types of things, I will sleep well tonight knowing that litigation takes a long time, discovery is fascinating, all our enemies have now self-identified, and I'm expecting good news SOON. Oiljob
