Seems to me that all TECO requires is a producing well or two which IMO negates all accusations of fraud.  Maybe there have been exaggerations and false starts and that has upset me and other longs  but if the PPS goes back to any sharesholders entry point or average then their claims are somewhat mute in hindsight.   Give me .028-.029 and I'm solvent without any claims.  Again;  I don't see this as being a big deal.
