Thanks for the reply. First, I don't bark, and I am certainty not your pal. I am most certain my DD is rock solid, and the permit dates by most with good DD got it wrong, but The miss is due to the fact the process has not been used for 15-20 years. I believe once Lantana is issued we will be talking about much bigger Issues.
