I'm not sure whether you are saying that you have not seen Judge Nightingale's decision or you don't believe that the decision is final.

The decision is quite easy to find, especially for a man who has worked on the most complex construction projects on the planet.

I would suggest that you read paragraph 3 of the decision.  If that doesn't convince you that it's all over but the shouting, I can only suggest enrolling in a basic reading comprehension class.
