Just pure speculation on my part. But I think you can almost detect when a PR is about to come out is when BMSN just goes green from out of the blue for no reason.

Which to me indicates that someone knows something somewhere before any news hits, hence why it goes green.  which is what happened the last few days.  it went green for a couple of days, then bam, we get a PR.  I think I ve noticed that happen a couple of times, just an observation.
