I think Hollund still wants to hit the 2.8 billion shares (it sounds like NorthCal insisted on it), and the 650 million day could account for some of that, but I can't say for certain until I see the numbers.  We also had a 500 million day not that long ago, and those two days together could bring the share structure down to 3.25 billion with this filing, and I would be happy with that right now.  Think about it, just one more 450 to 500 million day would get us to 2.8 billion, assuming this is the share reduction program we are seeing.  It also makes sense that Hollund would be buying back shares at a discount, which could account for the price action.  However, all of this is just speculation until we actually see the financials on Friday.
