Last I heard from CC, his accountants have everything they need from Pierce to finish the audited financials and file the S-1 with the SEC. My guess is that will be in the next PR from the company along with unaudited financials filed, Pink current obtained, etc. The folks who are loading at current levels are going to make a chit load of money IMO. The bashers have alterior motives to bash the stock and the CEO and those who listen to the BS will lose out on making HUGE returns. CYBK shares are very valuable and there are many of us buying up all the shares we can at these levels and will continue to do so !!
