If I recall from the last shareholder CC, having the audits complete was one of the prerequisites for acquiring the brokerage (and uplisting to OTCBB). It's not a material event (won't draw in revenues or change the asset values), so it's less important for valuation purposes, but it is a necessary gateway for BCAP to progress.

Since I'm not an insider I can't provide the level of information you're looking for. My trading instinct tells me that it is very close or has already been completed. If you read the PR's they all point in the same direction: some fundamental changes happening around the end of July/early August.

In addition, there has not been much selling at $0.0002 (fake bid). One would think if something was wrong there would have been higher volume as insiders sold out quietly. It hasn't happened.

Third factor is the intensity of the bashing campaign. I believe the shorts know something and are trying desperately to get people to sell at current prices before the big picture changes.

I remain very positive that we'll see some good news shortly. What's lacking right now are buyers at $0.0003. That can change very quickly and a new higher price be the bid.
