I agree JB-3,but i think tigerlynk is being built now,remember what we see in the pr has already happened maybe wks before they actually tell us,any big time investors would have already cut the check & they would have known about the negotiations far before we got that pr,no way we are securing two concessions & we are still waiting for funding to get it built.
