Well- the Q is due out a week from today. With any luck, we will see this issue resolved before then. Having said that, it's doubtful it will be resolved and subsequently, the q will be delayed. I do hope I am wrong about that. I think we are all on the same page, that once this is resolved that the bonus shares that were set aside for JC and Ramos, should be retired. I don't think there is anything we can do about the shares paid for Punch BUT - if we as shareholders enter a class action suit as has been discussed, I would hope we go after those shares held by JC and that those shares would be distrubuted amongst the investors who held a position in PNCH at the time of this fiasco proprtional to the number of shares held on that date. Just an idea and all IMO.
